🔬 How to Mix Tirzepatide
You will need:
- 1 vial of Tirzepatide (10mg)
- 2ml bacteriostatic water
- 1 sterile syringe for mixing
Instructions:
- Draw up 2 ml of bacteriostatic water using a sterile syringe.
- Slowly inject the water into the vial, letting it slide down the side to avoid foaming. Please ensure you hold the plunger firmly to prevent fast water intake. The vial will quickly draw in the water due to the vacuum inside.
- Gently swirl (do not shake) the vial until the powder is fully dissolved.

1ml = 100 units on a U-100 insulin syringe
Therefore: 1mg = 20 units
